Super Admins

Overview

Super Admins have access to all features and system-wide settings. This guide will explain how to add and remove super admins from the CAG Database.

Understanding Super Admins Fields

Name The full name of the user assigned as a super admin. text required

How to Add a Super Admin

  1. Navigate to the Super Admins section within the System Settings.
  2. Press the "Add user(s)" button, which will open the Add user(s) pop-up.
  3. Select user(s):
    • User(s): Either select or search the list for users that are to become super admins. These are drawn from the users of the system and therefore must have an account within the system.
  4. Press the "Save" button.
  5. A new super admin or multi super admins have been added and are now visible in the Super Admins Table.

How to Delete a super admin

  1. Navigate to the Super Admins section within the System Settings.
  2. Locate the super admin you wish to delete in the Super Admins Table.
  3. Press the button in the Actions column, which will open a menu.
  4. Press the "Delete" option, which will open a confirmation pop-up.
  5. Press "Yes, I'm sure" to confirm the deletion or choose "No, cancel" to stop the super admin from being deleted.

How to Search and Navigate Super Admins

To efficiently manage and locate specific super admins, use the search and navigation functionalities provided on the Super Admins page:

  1. Search Super Admins:

    • Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter keywords related to the activity status you are looking for.
  2. Navigate Through Pages:

    • Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate through different pages of super admins. Adjust the number of rows displayed per page using the dropdown menu.
