Events & Training

Overview

The Events & Training page is a read-only page that provides an overview of all the events and training sessions that the group has attended.

Events Table

The Events Table displays all the events within the project. The table can be:

  • Searched by using the search input
  • Filtered by:
    • Type

Name

Event The name of the event text yes
Type The type of event choice yes
Person The individual who attended the event choice no
Date The date the event took place date no

How to Add an Event or Training Session

In order to add an event, you will need to follow the steps located on the Project Events page. Once you have created an event, you can add the group as an attendee to the event. This will then show up in the Events & Training page.

How to Delete an Event or Training Session

  1. Navigate to the project's Events page.
  2. Locate the event or training session you wish to remove from the group's record.
  3. Click on the event or training session to view its details.
  4. Navigate to the "Attendees" page for the event.
  5. Locate the group you wish to remove from the event's record.
  6. Click on the button in the Actions column.
  7. Select the "Delete" option from the dropdown menu.
  8. Press Yes, I'm sure to confirm the deletion or choose No, cancel to stop the group from being removed from the event.
