Contacts

Overview

The Contacts page allows administrators to maintain records of individuals associated within the various groups within a CAG. By effectively managing contacts, accurate records can be maintained and communications tracked. Follow the steps below to add, view, or delete contacts.

How to Add a Contact

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section within a specific group in your Project.
  2. Press the Add contact(s) button, which will open the Add Contact pop-up.
  3. Fill in the Contact Information:
    • Individuals: Select one or more individuals associated with the CAG from the multi-select dropdown.
  4. Press the Save button.
  5. A new contact has been added to the group and is now visible in the Contacts Table.

How to View a Contact

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section within a specific group in your Project.
  2. Locate the contact you wish to view in the Contacts Table.
  3. Press the button in the Actions column, which will open a menu.
  4. Press the View option to open the View Contact pop-up.
  5. Review the details of the contact as needed.

How to Delete a Contact

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section within a specific group in your Project.
  2. Locate the contact you wish to delete in the Contacts Table.
  3. Press the button in the Actions column, which will open a menu.
  4. Press the Delete option, which will open a confirmation pop-up.
  5. Press Yes, I'm sure to confirm the deletion or choose No, cancel to stop the contact from being deleted.

How to Search Contacts

To efficiently manage and locate specific contacts, use the search and navigation functionalities provided on the Contacts page:

  1. Search Contacts:

    • Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter keywords related to the contact you are looking for.
  2. Navigate Through Pages:

    • Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate through different pages of contacts. Adjust the number of rows displayed per page using the dropdown menu.

By utilising these features, administrators can efficiently add, search, and manage contacts.
