Activities

Overview

The Activities page is an upcoming feature designed to help administrators manage and track various activities associated with different groups within the CAG. This page will provide a comprehensive view of all activities and their relevant details.

How to Add an Activity

  1. Navigate to the Activities section within a specific group in your Project.
  2. Press the Add new activity button, which will open the Create Activity pop-up.
  3. Fill in the Activity Information:
    • Activity Name: Enter the name of the activity.
    • Status: Select the current status of the activity (e.g., Needs Support, Running Well, Dormant).
    • Activity Sub-type: Choose the sub-type of the activity from the dropdown menu. Activity sub-types can be set in the System Settings if you have been given access to do so.
    • Frequency: Select the frequency of the activity (e.g., Weekly, Monthly).
    • Description: Provide a detailed description of the activity.
    • Socials: Add any social media links related to the activity.
    • Address Details:
      • Address Line 1: Enter the first line of the address.
      • Address Line 2: Enter the second line of the address (if applicable).
      • Town/City: Enter the town or city.
      • County: Enter the county.
      • Postcode: Enter the postcode.
      • Country: Enter the country.
      • Latitude: Enter the latitude (optional).
      • Longitude: Enter the longitude (optional).
    • Notes: Add any additional notes regarding the activity.
  4. Press the Save button.
  5. A new activity has been added and is now visible in the Activities Table.

How to Edit an Activity

  1. Navigate to the Activities section within a specific group in your Project.
  2. Locate the activity you wish to edit in the Activities Table.
  3. Press the button in the Actions column, which will open a menu.
  4. Press the View option to open the activity.
  5. Toggle the "Edit Mode" slider at the top of the form.
  6. Update the activity information as needed:
    • Activity Name: Modify the name of the activity.
    • Status: Update the current status of the activity.
    • Activity Sub-type: Change the sub-type of the activity.
    • Frequency: Modify the frequency of the activity.
    • Description: Update the description of the activity.
    • Socials: Add or update social media links.
    • Address Details: Update any relevant address information.
    • Notes: Modify any additional notes regarding the activity.
  7. Press the Save button to apply the changes.

How to View an Activity

  1. Navigate to the Activities section within a specific group in your Project.
  2. Locate the activity you wish to view in the Activities Table.
  3. Press the button in the Actions column, which will open a menu.
  4. Press the View option to open the View Activity pop-up.
  5. Review the details of the activity as needed.

How to Delete an Activity

  1. Navigate to the Activities section within a specific group in your Project.
  2. Locate the activity you wish to delete in the Activities Table.
  3. Press the button in the Actions column, which will open a menu.
  4. Press the Delete option, which will open a confirmation pop-up.
  5. Press Yes, I'm sure to confirm the deletion or choose No, cancel to stop the activity from being deleted.

How to Search Activities

To efficiently manage and locate specific activities, use the search and navigation functionalities provided on the Activities page:

  1. Search Activities:

    • Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter keywords related to the activity you are looking for.
  2. Navigate Through Pages:

    • Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate through different pages of activities. Adjust the number of rows displayed per page using the dropdown menu.
